Qommander Freeware Licence Copyright (c) 2026 Qutrit. All rights reserved. 1. Licence Qutrit (the "author") grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to install and use Qommander (the "Software"), including the user guide, on any number of your own computers and for any purpose, including professional and commercial work. 2. Restrictions Except as this licence or mandatory law allows, you may not: a) distribute, publish, sell, rent, lend or share copies of the Software, or offer it for download, other than by pointing people to the official website, https://qutrit.se/qommander/; b) modify or translate the Software, or create derivative works of it; c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that applicable law, such as the EU Software Directive, expressly permits it despite this restriction; d) remove or change copyright notices, licence texts or the disclaimer. 3. Your files This licence gives the author no rights in the files and folders you view, copy, move or otherwise manage with the Software. They are yours. 4. Third-party components The Software includes libraries and colour themes by other authors under their own licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and in the licence list that comes with the Software (in the app: F1 > Licences). Those licences govern those components, and nothing in this licence limits the rights they give you. 5. No warranty, limitation of liability The Software is provided free of charge and "as is". The Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability that comes with the Software (DISCLAIMER.md; in the app: F1 > Disclaimer) forms part of this licence. 6. Ownership The Software is licensed, not sold. The author keeps all rights not expressly granted here, including the copyright in the Software and the QutritLogic name and logo. 7. Termination This licence ends automatically if you break its terms. You must then stop using the Software and delete your copies. Sections 3 to 7 continue to apply after it ends. 8. Other versions Each version of the Software is covered by the licence that comes with it. Future versions may come with a different licence. By installing or using the Software you accept this licence.
